How we map ZIP loan limits
We use HUD's CY2026 FHA Forward Limits file (one row per county) and HUD's CHUMS ZIP file (ZIP + city → county). Layouts are on the CHUMS file layouts page. When a ZIP lists two counties, we list both. We do not pick a winner by land area. This map is a preliminary check. If you'd like official verification, see HUD.gov. Official limits are confirmed only through an FHA approved lender.
Updated for HUD's 2026 FHA loan limits. Effective for case numbers assigned on or after January 1, 2026.
