Final determinations are made only by those professionals, or by another qualified professional, and are solely their responsibility. You may stop using the Service at any time. We have no obligation to continue offering the Service, to maintain any particular content or tool, or to provide a successor product. If we discontinue the Service, your right to use it ends immediately.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive discontinuation shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
